Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 4 May 2026
Our commitment to accessibility
DPOas is committed to making this website accessible to people with disabilities, in line with both the international WCAG 2.1 Level AA standard and the Israeli IS 5568 standard, as required by the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773–2013.
We have designed and built the site to be usable with a keyboard, with screen-reader software, and at increased zoom levels — and we continue to test and improve it.
Conformance level
The site aims to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA and the Israeli standard IS 5568 (which is based on WCAG 2.0 AA). Conformance was reviewed against the success criteria for Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust content.
Accessibility features implemented
- Skip-to-content link visible on keyboard focus.
- Visible keyboard focus indicator on every interactive element.
- Semantic HTML landmarks (
header, main, nav, footer) and a logical heading hierarchy. - Language and direction (
lang, dir) update dynamically when the user switches language. - Form labels for every input, with required-field indication and accessible error messages (
role="alert"). - Modal dialog with proper ARIA roles, focus trap, and focus restoration.
- ARIA states (
aria-expanded,aria-controls) on the menu and accordion components. - Color contrast meets the 4.5:1 ratio for normal text and 3:1 for large text and UI components.
- The site honors the
prefers-reduced-motionsystem preference. - Decorative images and icons are marked with
aria-hidden; meaningful icons have accessible names. - The site is fully responsive and remains usable at 200% browser zoom.
Known limitations and exceptions
We are not aware of material accessibility limitations at the time of last update. Some background decorative animations exist on the homepage; these do not convey information and are automatically reduced for users who set the prefers-reduced-motion preference in their operating system.
External services that may load on the site (such as the contact-form provider) are operated by third parties; if you experience an accessibility issue with one of them, please let us know via the contact details below and we will work with the provider or replace the integration.
